How do I put in a order?
Simple, just fill out the build form which allows us to narrow down specifically a parts list geared towards
your budget and aesthetic choices. After reviewing the form and speaking with one of our team members
we will send a invoice to complete your order. Once payment is made in full we will immediately begin your
build where you will receive daily updates of your build. Payments are sent through Paypal.

Where is your store location?
At this time, we do not have a retail location, however, clients may choose to pick up their system from us
to waive shipping fees. We are located near Dover, DE

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the 48 States.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost will vary on you location. Shipping is done through UPS and includes insurance.
How long does it take for the PC to Ship?
PCs can take up to 1-2 weeks. A custom design PC can take up to 2-4 weeks.
How much does a custom design PC cost?
Custom design PCs prices will vary on the demand from the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
We will give you daily updates of your PC. This can be done via email or through text messages.
Do you have financing options?
We currently are working with financial institutions to look for the best options available. At this time we
can only offer PayPal Credit financing to qualifying customers. PayPal Credit will allow for customers to
split their payment over several months at zero interest.

Do you offer warranties with your PCs builds?
Yes, Every PC built by us will automatically be covered under our 6 month Parts Warranty and Lifetime

What is your Refund Policy?
We offer a 30 day refund policy. Refunds may take 7-10 business days.
